My Project

My students love to read every day. I would like to create a nice cozy area in the classroom, so they can enjoy reading with their classmates. We are learning the steps and are trying to publish our own books each month. This is helping even the most apprehensive students to grab a classmate's book and read it. It would be nice to have a carpet area where they could read.

Reading is the key to learning and students need a great way to experience books in a comfortable setting.

I think children are expected to sit at their desks in their hard chairs too much. A nice library nook would be a better way to get them to read in comfort and style!
