My Project
I want this new school year to be successful, and I need your help. I need some new read-aloud books to help infuse our students with a love of reading and learning. We will use the pens and the paper bags for a fun Halloween craft that will help make our read-alouds come alive. We will use the broom to keep our hallway super clean and help build a sense of pride in taking care of our school. The tape will be helpful with hanging posters. Lastly, I will use the squeegee to help keep our slide dry on damp mornings.
Many of our families cannot donate supplies to school because they are new to our country and trying to make ends meet.
Thank you so much for considering helping my students. Many of my students are immigrants and refugees. All of the items in this project help ensure my classroom is a welcoming environment where students feel safe. Students cannot learn if their basic needs are not met. Thanks for helping me meet those needs with creating an environment where students thrive.
