Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten students are eager learners. Even more so, they are eager to be independent learners. Books on cd to read along to are a great way for beginning readers to engage literacy without having to rely on an adult to read to them. Students love to listen to and enjoy read alouds.

With these books and headphones I will be creating a listening center for students to engage in daily.

Listening to read aloud books helps to build vocabulary, improves comprehension, and helps students to learn the sounds of language. Please consider supporting my kindergarten classroom.
