This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are fantastic fourth graders! They are enthusiastic and eager to learn. They have made great progress despite our virtual challenges.

Our school is an inner-city school in a major urban area.

My students are in a high-risk area.

My Project

Providing my students with Scholastic readers and Math magazines will enhance their learning for another successful school year. Children are always ready to learn, especially when it is a topic that both interests them and has good visuals. Scholastics magazines have always had topics of interest for all children with wonderful visuals. With these magazines, my students will be more engaged in their learning of new materials. They will also be able to have access to these magazines and worksheets both digitally and in print for both in class and at-home learning.
