My Project

The pandemic greatly impacted our students and left a wide learning gap between the reading and literacy levels in 2nd grade. For some of my littles, this year is their first school experience. Others, had online Kindergarten and in person learning in first grade. This inconsistency has been hard on my students socially, emotionally and academically. A comfy area rug, leveled reading books, and hands on literacy activities will help engage and motivate my students to learn, engage and fill in the gaps left by the last two years. Help us be able to "Read Across our Classroom!"
