This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are all different but they have one thing in common, they love school! My Pre-K students come to school every day happy and ready to learn. I want to be able to make my classroom amazing for them so that they have all of the materials and resources they need to learn.
In Pre-K we learn via exploration, play, and discovery, and what better way to learn about the World around us than with our very own classroom globe?!
Many of my students have never seen a globe and I think it is essential to have to extend their discovery. We also need basic classroom art materials such as wiggly eyes to make art more fun, along with puppets to enhance our storytelling. My students learn through hands-on exploration so they will be using sand and water to learn and play and I want to make sure that the sand and water stay nice and clean for them by getting some tops to cover them while we are not using them. Please help me to make my students' Pre-K year one of the best ones they'll have!
