This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to request your support in bringing a unique and engaging learning tool to my classroom—drums! Inspired by the Ron Clark Experience, I’ve seen firsthand how the use of drums can transform a typical classroom environment and significantly enhance student engagement. In his classrooms, Ron Clark uses rhythm and music to make learning more interactive, memorable, and fun, helping students stay focused and excited about lessons.

By incorporating drums into our classroom, I aim to do the same for my students.

The rhythmic activity fosters a sense of community and allows students to connect with the material in a dynamic, hands-on way. It encourages participation, helps with concentration, and makes the learning process more engaging—especially for students who may struggle to focus with traditional teaching methods.

I would love to provide this opportunity to my students by acquiring a set of drums for our classroom. Your generous donation will allow us to create an exciting, vibrant learning environment where students are motivated to participate, collaborate, and succeed.
