Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our class is comprised of twenty five, excited, fourth grade inquirers who are jubilant to embark upon this new learning year. We want to support and nourish their new classroom experience. They enjoy flexible learning options that are provided in the workshop curriculum which require a highly organized environment.

My students are caring, gregarious, open minded, balanced, and reflective.

They are eager to begin the new year and thrilled to explore new learning options in the classroom. They possess an inspirational attitude towards learning. Their love of learning is visible everyday and is very inspirational!

My Project

As we begin a new school year, it is essential that some items are replaced and updated! This project will directly fund new area rugs for our classroom. The area rugs will be used as flexible seating options as we look for more ways to stay socially distanced this year! The small area rugs can also be used for distanced small group meetings throughout the day! Also, this project will also fund new air filter replacements for our air purifiers.

We really hope that this project can get funded and add these much needed items to our fourth grade classroom!
