This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hold your horses, because NE has a whimsically wild idea! We’re planning to transform our playground into a racetrack, but not just any racetrack—a plush horse race for our students! It's a little quirky, loads of fun, and an experience our kids wouldn't normally get.

Why Plush Horses?

Why not? In a world where learning and laughter should go hand-in-hand, we believe in giving our students experiences that are as delightful as they are educational. Not all of our students can visit a stable or watch a horse race, but every one of them can hop on a plush ride-on horse and feel the thrill of a friendly competition right at our school playground!

Here’s What We’re Trotting Towards:

- A fleet of sturdy, child-friendly plush ride-on horses.

The Galloping Good Benefits

Besides the sheer joy of watching plush horses bobbing down a racetrack, our students will learn about sportsmanship, animal care, and the physics that make it possible for horses (even plush ones) to "gallop." It’s a perfect blend of education, physical fitness, and just plain fun.
