My Students

The students in our Title I Elementary School come from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our students are English Language Learners. In fact, our school has one of the largest ENL (English as a New Language) populations in the city. My students are fully remote, and are working in homes where there are 3-4 children working at the same time. This tends to be a very noisy and distracting environment.

The future of the world is in the classroom today (or in our case learning remotely!)

With many of my students being from a variety of backgrounds, as well as students with disabilities, I believe it is important to create a versatile learning environment. I like to do this through the use of computers! With the use of these headphones, my students can block out extraneous noises, and focus on their school work.

My Project

These headphones will be used to create quiet learning environments at home. My students are currently working remotely and are often working in noisy environments that house multiple students learning simultaneously. These headphones will help to block outside noise so that they can pay close attention and stay focused. These headphones will first and foremost give my students the ability to thrive no matter what their learning environment is.

I know these noise canceling headphones will greatly benefit my students and allow them to strive and do their best while learning remotely.
