I am reaching out to request your support in creating a Calm Corner within our classroom.
A Calm Corner is a dedicated space where students can retreat to when they need a moment to relax, refocus, and recharge. Research shows that such spaces promote emotional regulation and enhance learning readiness among students.
Our goal is to transform a corner of our classroom into a peaceful oasis filled with sensory tools, comfortable seating, calming visuals, and mindfulness resources. By providing these materials, we aim to empower our students with essential self-regulation skills that will benefit them academically and socially.
Your contribution will directly impact the well-being and academic success of our students, helping them thrive in a supportive environment. Together, we can create a nurturing space where every child feels valued and capable of achieving their best.
