My Students

My 8th grade Physical Science class consists of an eclectic group of young people in the Atlanta Metro Area. These scholars range from different socioeconomic groups and interests. Together they become a wonderful group of students to teach and learn with. I am grateful for the diversity and inclusion.

Our motto is that Hard Work Pays Off Always!

My 8th grade Hardworking, Creative and Inquisitive students work hard at setting and meeting their goals. My students are true scientist who work hard daily to be their very best. It is my goal this year to integrate career skills into each unit with the hope of inspiring my scholars to be their very best!

My Project

As we go back into the classroom we are excited and ready to utilize all new skills that scholars have acquired over the summer break and through virtual learning. As we prepare to differentiate instruction and personalize learning objectives, it is time that we allow for our scholars to show their artistic side and add the Art into Science Technology Engineering and Math. The requested items will go into our STEAM station rotation, providing scholars with the tools needed to make their science creations come to life. Utilizing Art in teaching STEM concepts allows for creative communication of ideas.
