My Project

What I love about my student is that they are very enduring. Despite what is going on in their lives they still show up at school and ready to learn. I have a positive relationship with my students , they confide in me. They are extremely helpful. There is one student that will come to me and tell me to put a smile on my face when never they are not following instruction. I am requesting for a supply of snacks for the students. The students are always requesting for snacks. I also use the snacks as a classroom reward for the students.

This will be effective in their leadership by helping give the students motivation in doing their assignments.

Having a good reward will increase participation in class which leads to more interactions with the students. This increased interaction will allow me to gauge how well the students are learning and what I need to do to help them understand the concepts better.
