Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my Kindergarten classroom we have a very warm and fun environment. The students love to interact and play with their peers. At the end of the day students are given the freedom to play at different centers. Students are always learning even through play. I feel that providing them with purposeful centers will help students build skills while they are playing.

At this young age, problem solving is a crucial skill for students to learn.

The Fairy Tale Problem Solving Kit and the Retell Kits will make such a difference in my student's vocabulary and problem solving skills. They will be able to retell the stories that we have read in their own words. They will also be able to problem solve as they play. This is an engaging way of building a variety of my skills for my young learners.
