My Project

Children with Autism often experience sensory overload. They often need support in regulating their bodies in order to focus and participate in classroom activities. Choosing flexible seating allows students movement and benefits the child's vestibular system.

Providing various flexible seating options promotes better focus and less distracting behaviors.

Children can better process the information that is being presented to them when their sensory needs are being met.

Items such as wobble stools and wiggle feet sensory cushions, will allow my amazing students to regulate their bodies and succeed in class.
