Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This DonorsChoose will help student-athletes at my high school. The funds will be used to purchase items necessary for training such as a batting cage, baseballs, safety screens and tees. We have been working on developing future generations and prepare them for opportunities such as colleges or travel baseball teams.

Our goal is to provide the best experience for our student-athletes by providing them equipment that will positively impact their training, performance, and overall well-being.

We are a Title 1 school in the poorest section of the Bronx. Our athletes come from different parts of the globe. Many of them are English language learners and find baseball as a outlet for learning.

Please, support the creation of a safe environment for these students athletes by donating for this cause.
