Items on this list will allow my students an environment where they can stay focused and I everything stays accessible for them and myself. I will be teaching a TK/K combo inclusion classroom which means we will have many different kinds of learners with different abilities and needs therefore organization will be key in class this year. The bench will give me a place to sit with students when they need an emotional break with a fidget toy or just a social interaction with a friend or a moment to hug a pillow or plushie until they feel better and can get back to academic learning. The extra storage underneath will give me a place to store curriculum books by grade level and help me access them quickly during whole group instruction.

help keep small items in one place and categorized so they are accessible to my students. An organized environment helps students (especially young students like mine excel. Other items needed to make learning accessible to all are, tools like headphones during technology time for each student so that if small groups are happening students can focus on their independent learning devices. The goal in my classroom is always to create an environment of high learning and engagement. My students are the best students, they work so hard each year, they come into my classroom with little to no academic knowledge and leave each school year as readers and expert learners.
