My Project

Hello, I work with neurodiverse students at a neighborhood elementary school. My students worry about their success and need a lot of support to regain a calm learning state. Having the right tools can help put my students at ease.

Calmly swinging; fidgeting with kinetic sand, modelling clay, or therapy putty; and blocking out loud noises all help my students achieve a calmer state pretty quickly, letting them spend more time learning academically.

Additionally, my fifth grade students will have combo lockers next year and need to practice in advance.
