Provide Tech Support to help the college application process.

Help me give my students computers for college applications. We are low on technology and really need the financial support from the donor community to make this happen. We had 5 computers funded, but only 2 arrived.

My Project

Dear Donors,

Here’s a more concise version of your request, keeping it under 300 words:

We are seeking funding for laptops to support our students in preparing for the college application process. In today’s digital world, access to technology is essential for success. These laptops will enable our students to complete applications, essays, and research efficiently, helping them submit high-quality applications and explore career and university options.

How will these laptops make a difference in their learning?

The laptops will equip students with the tools to navigate the digital aspects of college applications. They’ll be able to research scholarships, write personal statements, fill out applications, and meet deadlines. These devices will also provide access to online resources such as virtual college tours and application workshops, helping them stay organized and develop essential tech skills.

What are your goals for this project?

We aim to ensure every student, regardless of their background, has equal access to the tools they need to succeed. By providing reliable laptops, we’ll empower them to create strong applications and maximize their opportunities for higher education. Our goal is to increase college application rates, improve the quality of submissions, and expand future educational opportunities for our students.

What makes your students special?

Our students are a diverse, resilient group driven by ambition and creativity. Many come from underserved communities and face challenges such as limited resources, but their determination to succeed is unwavering. With the right tools, they are ready to overcome obstacles and make their dreams of higher education a reality.

Thank you for considering our project. Your donation will not only provide laptops but also invest in the future of these exceptional young people.
