My Project

New Dollhouse and Furniture

A dollhouse with furniture to spark imaginative play will be so appreciated by our ACES ICT Kindergarten students for the upcoming 2024-25 school year!

Our Kindergarten class is part of an innovative program that serves both general education students and those with intellectual and multiple disabilities in a high-needs neighborhood in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Playing at dollhouse sparks imaginative play. This helps students with social emotional learning and reinforces play skills like sharing and turn taking. It also helps them use their imagination and practice fine motor skills, both important traits in early childhood development.
