Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Two of my best classes deserve a fun end of the year project they can use for the summer. I love the idea of customizing everyday items. A child gets to express themselves and it is a piece of art they will be showing off whenever they take it out.

After a year of visual arts they can show off what they learned though this project.

Mixing in their own style and character. I hope to see how they grew in their art and learn about them a bit more. Posca markers will be used to secure their masterpiece as long as possible.

These two classes have done the best they can in every project/ unit they worked on. I want them to have a chance to experiment with less restriction than usual.
