My Students

My students are hardworking and always up for a challenge. They are great problem solvers and always try to think outside the box! I foster positive communication skills and teamwork within my classroom.

We live in a world where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are important and will assist students in personalizing their learning.

Students in my class will challenge themselves, learn to think creatively, and how to persevere through STEM.

My Project

As a first year STEM teacher, I was fortunate enough to find that my district has a set of iPads for me to use in my classroom. With working with 9 - 11 year olds on a daily basis, I know that accidents can happen. I want to protect the investment that my school district has made by purchasing iPad cases for the classroom set that I have.

I would feel so much more at ease if my students had iPads with protective cases on them.

We have been using the iPads for so many engaging projects so far this school year! My students have been learning about everything from lunar eclipses in Earth science to coding Sphero robots in a grade level STEAM challenge. It be a great investment to protect this resource for future years of learning.
