My Project

These specific items will be used in our classroom as tools to proofread and edit writing assignment completed to meet grade level standards.

As emerging writers, students need the necessary tools to complete and comprehend The Writing Process, which includes the two necessary steps of proofreading and editing.

We complete a number of self- editing and peer proofreading activities throughout the school year in which student engagement is vital. The students need paper, correction pens and markers to differentiate from their hand writing or typed font.

These tools will enhance the writing process and make it easier and more engaging for the students to proofread and edit.
