Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

High school students thrive when their efforts, achievements, and positive behaviors are recognized and rewarded. Encouraging resilience and well-being, my project provides meaningful incentives for students who demonstrate perseverance and kindness. This project will help students develop skills such as revising their work, tackling challenges, and supporting their peers. As students earn these rewards, they can choose from items that promote their well-being, such sports and recreational equipment to encourage movement and enjoying the outdoors.

Beyond the excitement of receiving a reward, this project reinforces the importance of perseverance and positivity while ensuring that students have access to resources that support their overall well-being.

By infusing joy, encouragement, and meaningful recognition into the classroom, we can cultivate a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel valued and motivated to grow.
