Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to get a variety of sweet treats like M&M's, Skittles, Starburst, play dough, crayons, paint kits and more to use for my students academic growth in grades three through five and also for PBIS. It is my hopes that we can use this to promote kindness in our school between grades during our physical education classes. Our school uses a PBIS model for behavior and expectations. PBIS improves social-emotional competence, academic success, and school climate.

My students are thriving!

My students will be able to not only earn sweet treats but will also use the candies to spread random acts of kindness at our school. Our students will also use these holiday decorations to decorate the school to make it festive during our National Kindness day, and holiday season to promote being kind and empathetic. Kids love to be able to give. The sweet treats will be used to spread kindness during Kindness Month and on Halloween. Thank you for your support!

Having an abundance of materials like play dough, paint, bracelets, crayons, snacks, candy and decorations will truly meet all individual needs and will help make our school community come to life even more.
