Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love Science and they are learning the Life Cycle of plants.

The cups, cat grass and marigolds will allow them to plant a variety of plants, so they can understand the process.

We will also use the marigolds to give to their moms for Mother's Day. The baggies and lima beams will ensure they can see the roots and sprout.

The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will be used to buy supporting curriculum to enhance this learning. For example, the plant research curriculum.

The magnets are going to be used for decomposing numbers during our math time.
