My Project

My wonderful students are amazing young boys and girls who are innovative, creative, and super involved. They love to gather together for discussion and to learn as a community. The carpet and standing desks I listed for this project will allow students the capacity to move around the classroom to different stations and learn various topics. These items will create the appropriate spaces for students to feel empowered and in control of their own classroom and learning.

The goal of this project is to create a classroom that is warm and inviting.

I think it’s important that students feel successful and confident. One way is to create a learning space that’s inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Structure is very important and when students are in an organized and a well put together room, they will feel good about themselves and the work they are trying to complete.

My students are unique and very creative. They are really active and love to communicate and learn. They are interested in small group instruction and project based learning.
