My Students

Technology in the classroom is extremely important, a projector to use with my computer will change the way my students learn.

I have 27 minds that are constantly learning in my first grade class.

My students are all inner-city children that need a change from textbooks and worksheets. Whenever technology is brought into my classroom my students become so engaged and have such a desire to learn.

My Project

By having a projector in my classroom my students can use websites, games, and engaging PowerPoint presentations to enhance their knowledge. An ordinary math lesson on worksheets can easily be jazzed up by playing a game, listening to a song, or watching a video. My students will become active learners, readers, writers, and mathematicians and I know they will be excited to learn.

By supporting my project my 27 students can use technology daily.

Those that do not have the technology available to them at their homes can now learn how to use today's technology and further their education. You will change the way these students view their education.
