This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items that I have requested will enhance my athletes team building skills. I want my athletes to enjoy the volleyball equipment and learn how to conserve it to use it for the rest of their high school experience. The goal of my project is to bring new equipment into the school building. It’s the first time ever that our campus has a PSAL team along with a gymnasium. Since the school was founded, they have always used an MPR (multipurpose room). This is my first year at the school and I want to create a fun and safe learning environment for the athletes. I’ve only known them for about a week, and I can already see the potential in them. The student athletes are very dedicated in every single thing do in and out of the classroom.
