Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I recently got my students a bench and rug for our community center. I now realized that they need an adjustable desk and lamps to complement the classroom. This new classroom addition will motivate my students to be more productive because they can take turns using the station.

Students who suffer from ADHD need to move and have alternate seating areas to cope with the classroom demands.

Having the adjustable desk will give them an opportunity to change the orientation and height to suit their needs. The lamps will help by changing the mood and giving them a break from the overstimulating classroom lights.
