My Project

In our classroom, we started a new behavior incentive. We set a goal at the beginning of the week, and every Friday any student who has met that goal gets to pick a prize from the prize. Having this goal has drastically improved the behaviors inside and outside of the class.

When the students can visibly see the prize they’re working for they are more motivated.

We use prizes to encourage good behavior, we use prizes to also help them have an incentive to complete their work independently.

On Fridays, the student who has completed the most independent work, also gets to pick a prize from the bin.

We need to restock the bin to keep us going until the end of the school year. Please help us keep our bin fully stocked to keep our behaviors on the straight and narrow until June!
