My Project

I truly believe incentives and games make a positive difference in student learning. This project is for classroom incentives and games for my students. Research says that students who are motivated to be the best version of themselves are successful in school and spend more time on task. The more time that is spent on behavioral issues, the more instructional time is lost.

These incentives will provide rewards for students who demonstrate positive behaviors and work hard throughout the entire school day, which will ultimately lead to successful educational journeys!

The incentives include fidgets, motivational pencils, STEM games, and more! In our class, incentives are used as a part of classroom management and are awarded to students weekly. These incentives are crucial because they serve as motivators for positive behavior from the students. My students always get very excited about these incentives and are highly motivated to stay focused and work hard for a prize or to earn game time!
