My Students

When I step in front of my classroom at the beginning of the day and look at my students, I know that a great day awaits me. My students greet me with smiles, questions and eager faces; they are ready to learn, and I am ready to teach them all that I can.

My students are incredible, curious, adept, and capable learners.

My students speak different languages (over 19 languages at our school), many lack in economic advantage, and all have tremendous talent to share with each other. My students jump into their daily learning with zeal. They work together, laugh together, learn together, and share everything in their classroom community.

My Project

Our students need a little privacy when they test! Working at tables, we have the chance to collaborate and work together. Our class tables are a great way to share materials and ideas. However, when it comes to testing, our 4th graders need privacy partitions to create a feeling of individual, separate, and private space. With privacy partitions, students can feel that they have an individual space while sitting at a table with a group.

This project will help students have the privacy they need to complete important tests and quizzes without worrying about eyes wandering or distractions.

It's also a great way to help students focus in on individual work or projects. A partition rack will help us have a designated space to store our partitions in our classroom.
