My Project

My students are part of a growing art program. They love to learn and are excited when new materials and media are introduced into the classroom. I am consistently striving to provide my students with a purposeful art education that will allow them to feel creative and find their individual artistic voices.

In my classroom, my students are artists, explorers, innovators, and thinkers.

It is my hope that through these donations, I can continue to provide my students with a program that further develops their creative thinking, motivation, and autonomy.

In order to guide students toward a purposeful art education, it is important that they are given the opportunities to experience all types of media. I have requested printmaking materials that include Speedball ink, Disposable aprons, Suminagashi Marbling kit and Canson Mixed Media Sketchbooks. These supplies will give students the opportunity to experience the medium of printmaking and create artworks in a different and exciting way.
