My Students

I teach in a very diverse school in Brooklyn in which 50% of the students receive free lunch. My class has nineteen kindergarten students who love learning. My students are creative and curious and I want kindergarten to be a wonderful experience for them.

My children love to come to school and learn.

They like to explore, ask questions, solve problems, work on projects, build exotic constructions, and play. They teach each other new things and they inspire me every day.

My Project

I want to create an environment in which I can foster my students' creativity. Having printer cartridges and a stock of paper will help me to set up art projects that support all learning areas for students. I will be able to print materials that students will need in the class. I also like to send information to parents to keep the classroom and home communication running.

Having the right materials is important for a class to run smoothly.
