My Students

Do you know what it is like to work so hard on a project and never be able to display it? My students need a printer for our classroom, to display all of the hard work we do!

My students are amazing third graders, who attend a New York City, public school in a low income area.

Our school is a wonderful school that really promotes all types of learners, but being a NYC school, technology is often the last on the list of needs. Many of these students do not have access to any technology at home and school is their only experience to interact with technology.

My Project

Getting our class a color printer and ink to last us the year, we really allow my students to not only do the work, but be able to be proud and display our work both in our classroom and around the school. Students type up their writing pieces and take time to create cover art on the printers and then often are unable to print it because our old one no longer works.

Please help our class display our work with pride.

By donating, you will help my students take pride in their work and give them the opportunity to bring their work home! Often these kids have no chance to use technology and I want to give them these opportunities!
