Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the Special Educator and ENL teacher in my classroom, it is my duty to find ways to set up all my students for success. I want to make sure I accommodate all the varied learning styles in my classroom. All students have different learning needs. When I plan my instruction I make sure I incorporate a multi-modality instruction so that all my students can reach their maximum potential. Differentiation is very important when planning instruction. I modify my activities for those who need more support.

In order for me to accommodate to the different needs, I need a printer that allows me to print in color for visualizations.

With a printer, I know I can really help make a difference in my students learning.

As you can see, more than half of my students come from low-income households which makes it challenging for my students to be able to bring in the materials needed at school. I am also kindly asking for pencils and notebooks so that I can give my students the materials they will need. I am so grateful for those who can support me in helping my students succeed!
