Printing for Privacy and Additional Support

Help me give my students additional support from their IEP needs. Some students dont turn things in simply out of embarrassment to ask for another copy. It'd also help maintain privacy of printing IEPs.

My Project

I am an IEP case manager, coteacher, and resource teacher in her 15th year of teaching. IEP documents should be able to be printed in a more secure environment that is reliable. Communal printers are often broken which makes it difficult to print them easily, provide additional copies of items to students who need paper copies of things, etc. This printer would eliminate the run around to try to locate a working printer in the school as well as provide my students with privacy to utilize their accommodations as they work on building self advocacy. Some of the reason students don't turn things in is because they are too self conscious about the fact that they lost a paper, it got thrown out in a moment of emotional dysregulation, and/or simply because they made mistakes they cannot erase.
