My Project

In a world where digital photography is king, many do not get to experience the tangible experience of a great photograph. When a darkroom is no longer present, students must learn how to print properly on a printer that can produce the same quality as the traditional printing methods. With the use of this inkjet printer, students will get to experience a high-quality photograph printed with archival-quality inks and papers.

This printer will produce portfolio and gallery-quality photographs that the students can use to further their budding artistic accomplishments.

It can also benefit the students who are creating digitally drawn artworks, allowing them to showcase their art beyond the screen.

Using this printer the students will also be learning technical skills that will help them in the future. They will learn how digital technology works in the world of printing both artistically and commercially which can easily translate into other fields of technology as digital information functions in similar ways in different areas of the tech world.

In the end, students will come out of class with a strong portfolio and a knowledge base that will only further their future learning endeavors.
