Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with scholars from diverse backgrounds. Nearly all scholars qualify for free school meals.

Despite socioeconomic disadvantages, our melting pot of scholars possess a positive outlook on learning.

Each child is unique and deserves quality resources and experiences that will shape their future.

We are a Title I school however, it’s often a challenge to find funding to purchase materials and resources. Basic classroom supplies and technology are in high demand in our school, and our scholars deserve to experience high-quality education and resources.

My Project

We are a Title I school and require many resources. Having a printer in the classroom will allow easy access to materials we need to learn daily. My students are ready and eager to learn. All of my students are special needs. They come to school with such enthusiasm. Having a printer available will give them quick access to their work and allow them many activities to work on. We try and keep them engaged at all times. Having a printer allows us access to keep them focused.
