Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a kindergarten public school teacher in a low income/high need community, I try to expose my students to all facets of learning in order to help them meet their potential and enjoy the learning experience.

I have a group of ambitious and eager public school students who love to read, write, and solve math problems in various types of printed materials.

They are applying what they learned in order to comprehend and delve deeply into various texts, write various pieces, and apply various math and science concepts to solve higher-order problems.

A printer in the classroom will be a huge aide in helping the students practice the skills learned in class.

By using printed materials, my students will be able to improve their reading, vocabulary, writing, math, science, and social studies skills and become better readers, writers, mathematicians, and scientists.
