Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we all know printing is an essential part of gathering the learning materials that our students need to succeed in education. Yet, we only have a limited amount of copies per month assigned by the school and sometimes that is not enough for us and our students. In my Algebra 2 classes, I often create practice worksheets and study packets to provide individualized support for my students. This has helped tremendously, but sometimes I am left with very little or no copies for the rest of the month. I would like for my students to continue having access to worksheets and more.

A printer in the classroom would help me create new and interesting learning materials that will help engage my students.

I would have a chance to create new posters and diagrams that are relevant to the topics we are discussing in class and will be at my student's disposal for use. A printer is not only an important tool used to create learning material, it is also a great resource for students to have.
