My Project

Physical Education class is an exciting part of every student's day. At our Title I elementary school, students work hard all day long. This is certainly the case in the gymnasium. It just looks a little different than in the other academic classrooms.

Playing to learn and learning to play go hand in hand in Physical Education.

Our curriculum is built around mastering fundamental movement skills and concepts. We build on prior learning, extending our skill sets across learning domains; physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.

We cover a lot of ground in the gymnasium and rely on pivotal visual aids to support our learning. Printing authentic student guide posters and visual aids uses lots of ink. We need ink for our printers and large laminating sheets to protect the posters so they can be handled by hundreds of students without getting damaged. Blue painters tape will help us mount our posters on the gymnasium walls.
