My Project

How will the specific items you’re requesting make a difference in their learning?

The all-in-one printer and related technology such as the headphones will provide my students with hands-on experience in performing simple clerical tasks like printing, copying, and scanning.

These tools are crucial for building their technological proficiency, enabling them to manipulate devices connected to their Chromebooks or classroom computers. This will not only support their academic work but also teach them essential vocational skills that are valuable for the future.

What are your goals for this project?

The primary goal of this project is to teach my students how to effectively use the all-in-one printer to complete clerical tasks. By learning to manage devices like printers, students will gain practical skills in technology that can be applied both in their education and in future job environments. This project also aims to foster a sense of responsibility and independence as they take ownership of managing classroom equipment and routines.

What makes your students special?

My students have diverse learning abilities, and they thrive in environments where consistent routines and structured tasks are incorporated. They are highly motivated and show an enthusiastic willingness to learn and help in the classroom. What I love most about my students is their ability to embrace new challenges and the joy they take in learning when provided with the right tools and opportunities. This project will allow them to further develop important life skills that will serve them well in the future.
