My Project

We strive for safety, kindness and opportunities to self regulate. Primary 3 is a loving classroom where exploration and independence is a focus of our work together. Montessori education puts great emphasis on self-regulation and independence. When children are able to regulate their own emotions, they can rejoin the work cycle and learn again with their peers.

The Yoto player will help children take a moment of peace and quiet to refocus their thoughts and energy alone in the peace corner.

They will be able to calm down while listening to a story. The beanbag chairs will also help give students a comfortable place to sit and relax.
