My Project

Help us bring our video game fantasies to life! “Press Start” is the story of three ordinary friends who are transformed into famous video game sidekicks - Luigi, Tails, and Ms. Pac-Man - by the evil Discordius the Fragmented (a character we created and designed!). They must embark on a grand adventure through 7, iconic video game worlds (one for each class) in order to save Mario, Sonic, Pac-Man and the whole video game universe. Along the way, they face unique challenges and learn valuable life lessons. Last year our stars shone around a Broadway themed musical but...

This year, our students have upped their game to create and perform a fun and engaging story with catchy songs and iconic video game characters, all while practicing important skills like teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.

In order to create a spectacular and inclusive experience for everyone, we are planning on crafting special and unique costumes and props for all of our students in each musical number.

Help us bring our characters and sets to life, from Koopa Troopas’ signature shell to the colorful array of Pac-Man’s ghosts, to the snapping alligators teeth as they try to gobble up Frogger. We need your help to break Discordius’ evil spell over the video game kingdom (you’ll get it if you come see our show in March). 3…2…1…Game on!
