This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The point of the cutout boards is to provide a standout resource that creates a daily reminder, making my class the coolest history class north of the Rio Grande. The decals have made such a difference, giving students an incentive with a little fun decal work—it’s a very efficient tool, and I would appreciate it immensely. The inflatable globes have been an outstanding resource, and while we currently have four, adding another five would be amazing. We're constantly discussing the world, especially Europe and the old world, and these visuals have helped tremendously. Unfortunately, I just don’t have enough to meet the need.

Thank you for your generosity in providing these resources for our lower-income students, helping them excel in government and world geography!
