This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The NHS Library is a comfortable and modern learning environment. Students come to the library to read, get tutored in multiple subjects, create art, play games, and socialize. The popularity of the library inevitably creates wear on the upholstery, and it needs to be cleaned to maintain the positive aura that the students deserve. When you deal with students, even amazing ones, accidents happen.

Creating a clean and inviting library is not just about aesthetics—it's about nurturing a space where ideas flourish, students thrive, and the love of learning ignites.

NHS is a Title I school with a large ELL and SWD populations. These students deserve a clean library because it serves as a vital sanctuary for learning and creativity, where every page turned can spark a new idea or dream. A well-maintained environment fosters a sense of belonging and encourages engagement, empowering these students to explore, discover, and grow. By investing in a clean library, we not only enhance their educational experience, but also show them that their learning journey is valued and worth nurturing.
