Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I get to be my students first experience in their education career. They come with so much energy and excitement. When I introduce materials to them it becomes limitless. My students have special needs that impact them in a variety of ways. They need help and guidance using their imagination.

Using the story telling kits and puppets will help spark their imagination.

I will be able to provide concrete and tangible pieces to help them connect to stories being read to them. They will have a visual to help them understand and connect to the stories.

Fostering reading in the classroom can sometimes be challenging due to students needs but finding ways to support them is my goal. Thank you for taking the time to support my students and helping them in their journey of learning.
