My Project

Our preschool families are an amazing group of hardworking individuals who often don’t get the chance to engage in school activities due to busy schedules. Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) Night is the perfect opportunity to bring families together for a meaningful, interactive learning experience that connects them with their children’s education in a fun and engaging way.

With the help of three laminators and laminating sheets, we will create a hands-on activity called “Learning Together at Home.” Families will collaborate with their children to assemble and decorate reusable learning kits.

These kits will include laminated alphabet puzzles, counting cards, and matching games that parents can use to support their children’s learning at home. By laminating the materials, we ensure that these resources are durable, vibrant, and reusable for continued learning beyond this one event.

During the activity, each family will rotate through different stations, such as matching numbers to pictures, solving alphabet puzzles, and creating custom name recognition cards. The laminators will allow us to preserve these creations on the spot, so families can take home professional-looking, lasting learning tools they are proud to use.

This event will not only strengthen the connection between school and home but also give families the chance to experience the joy of learning alongside their children. These resources will serve as a bridge, helping families engage in their children’s education in meaningful ways while creating memories that last a lifetime. Thank you for helping us bring this idea to life and supporting our efforts to make learning a family affair!
